Our mission is to serve the public by administering the state revenue laws with integrity, efficiency, and consistency.
The Taxpayer Assistance offices in North Platte, Norfolk, and Scottsbluff are open for walk in assistance from 8:00 a.m. until noon, Monday through Friday. The Omaha office is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Lincoln office is open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
