Kaitlin Grohmann has grown an impressive customer success (CS) career in B2B SaaS startups. She played a crucial role in furthering the CS motion at Omaha-based startups Sojern and Flywheel (which was acquired by WP Engine in 2019); she is now VP of Customer Success at Workshop, one of Nebraska’s fastest-growing startups.

We’ll be diving deeper into Kaitlin’s background and dig up learnings that she’s compiled over her 10+ years of experience working in CS for SaaS startup companies (as both an individual contributor & leadership role). We’ll also chat through tips/strategies for founders looking to scale their CS function at the Seed and Series A stages of a startup.
