About
Over the last 40 years, HEDC has spearheaded the development of three industrial parks and worked with hundreds of business start-up, expansion, and new location projects that have resulted in thousands of new jobs in the Hastings area. While HEDC is very proud of its history, the corporation is focused on the future and wide open opportunities for the Hastings area. In 2014, the HEDC Board of Directors adopted a new mission for the corporation, “to provide direction in making Hastings a community of choice for talented people and quality businesses.”
Led by this mission, HEDC is focused on three primary goals:
