The Aksarben Foundation focuses on workforce development, community engagement, and scholarships.

We’ve been proudly recognizing families with strong Nebraska values and helping to develop the leaders of tomorrow since 1895. By working across the state on areas like education and career training, we’re working to increase and spotlight opportunities right here in Nebraska, to change the landscape of what workforce development means.

At Aksarben, we’re expanding our traditions and growing our influence to support a new generation of leaders, ready to take the heartland into the future.

Initiatives include: Nebraska Tech Collaborative, Northeast Nebraska Growing Together, Transportation & Trade Initiative, Central Nebraska Initiative, Aksarben Community Grants, and Farm Family Awards.
