Twin Cities Development, as an extension of its eCenter in the downtown office building, created a place for Food Entrepreneurs in the region to test their idea, develop a customer base, and grow their hobby into a business in a remodeled commercial kitchen. The kitchen, located in the Northfield Apartments building at 2350 Five Rocks Road, Gering, Nebraska, boasts new stoves with ovens, large prep space, as well as available storage if needed.

The TCD kitchen is a food entrepreneur incubator. Created to nurture start-up food companies, the kitchen offers a quality commercial-grade space for food preparation, packaging, and marketing without the costs of a commercial location that may be a barrier for start-up companies. Testing and training are available with space conveniently accessible on-site.

Tenants can lease space anywhere from a few hours to a week or longer, depending on what their needs are. In addition to the kitchen space, there is access to office areas on site.

TCD also offers coaching as well as other readiness tools and resources through its eCenter located at 1620 Broadway in Scottsbluff. The TCD eCenter helps new and startup companies develop.
