Mission

The mission of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Nebraska is to work for the leadership and the economic development of the Latino – Hispanic businesses, and the professionals who belong to the Latino- Hispanic entrepreneurial community by bridging gaps between diverse segments of society for inclusive workplaces and communities.

Vision

The vision of the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Nebraska is to foster and protect the interest of the Latino- Hispanic business community with strategic initiatives, partnerships and education in relation to the public and private organizations at the local, state and national levels.

Embajadores

Embajadores is a group of members that represent the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber at grand openings, membership celebrations or greet new members of the business community. Embajadores are committed to organize Cafe N Contacts, visit new businesses and offer the free Amigo packet, and contact new members or prospect members to join the NHCC family.

Cafe N Contacts

Cafe N Contacts is a rapidly growing network that gives Nebraska Hispanic Chamber Members a simple way to make connections and build business relationships within our community. Host must be a member. We meet quarterly at an NHCC member location to have fun and share our business experiences.

Impacto

The Impacto Program is a set of Spanish educational sessions, workshops or training led by the members of the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This program is developed in partnership with the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The goal is to support emerging businesses or commerce in expansion through business education and opportunities to new projects to reach their goals.

Professional Development

The Professional Development program intends to support the Nebraska entrepreneurial and professional community with a variety of training, workshops and activities that help individuals and teams build skills to advance in their career. This program also includes the annual Leadership Diversity and Inclusion Conference (NHLDI) in partnership with the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation. 

As registered providers of the Society of SHRM the NHCC program offers Professional Development Credits to employees working in the field of Human Resources.

Trainings and workshops are offered the last Friday of the month within the monthly networking breakfasts.
