Executive Dialogue

By invite only, owners, partners or operations managers of non-competing businesses are placed into groups of 15-20. These groups meet monthly to have an Executive Dialogue, as an informal board of directors for each other. Each group includes an attorney, banker and accountant. Members of the group present an issue or idea and the other members give feedback in an honest and confidential setting.

Inside the C-Suite

Local CEOs share their insights on leading with vision and meeting challenges. Hear from leaders of Greater Omaha’s top companies as they share their experiences – good, bad and otherwise. Inside the C-Suite offers real-world examples that can help you improve your leadership skills and enhance your bottom line.

Leadership Omaha

Leadership Omaha is one of the longest running professional development programs at the Greater Omaha Chamber. Each year, forty-five to fifty participants connect with other leaders while developing their personal and professional skills.

MindSet Leadership Series

This sixteen-hour, high-level program is a leadership development opportunity like no other. The MindSet Leadership Series provides dozens of proven, practical ideas that will pay immediate dividends on your leadership ability and your company culture. Learn how to create and protect a high-performance culture that will lead to lasting business success.

Omaha Executive Institute

For senior-level executives (who are new to their positions and/or new to the community) and their spouse to help them better understand the environment in which they are now doing business.

Propel

Propel is a 7-session leadership program designed for newly promoted managers and rising stars. In small groups of 8-12, participants benefit from key leadership insights, coaching and a confidential forum to discuss current challenges and opportunities. Propel attendance is by application only. 

Small Business Series

Explore topics critical to small business success along with fellow proprietors. At each Small Business Series event, we’ll hear from a featured expert and learn from peers.
