Siouxland Interstate Metropolitan Planning Council (SIMPCO)

The Siouxland Interstate Metropolitan Planning Council, located in Sioux City, Iowa, is a council of governments serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.


Our Mission

  • To be a catalyst for regional cooperation, uniting local governments of the Tri-State Siouxland Region into an effective Council of Governments

  • Intelligent Transportation Systems

Siouxland Regional Transit System (SRTS) provides transportation for:
