Cassie Condon joined the North Platte Area Chamber & Development Corporation in September 2018 as the Vice President of Economic Development and Communications/Marketing Director. While new to the Economic Development side, Cassie is accustomed to North Platte and the current business culture. As a life-long resident of North Platte, Cassie brings hometown roots to the organization. Previously the Property Manager of Platte River Mall, Cassie is experienced with property management, marketing, business start-ups, and leasing. “After 17 years in retail and marketing, I am eager to help the community on a more vast level,” Cassie states. “I am passionate about our community and ready to grow our area! We are a unique city, with so much potential.”
As VP of Economic Development and Communications/Marketing, Cassie assists in administering economic development incentive programs, maintaining Certified Economic Development Community status, updating and maintaining LOIS, overseeing retail recruitment efforts, creating and distributing weekly e-newsletters, social media management, public relations, and more.
Cassie is married to Sean Condon, and together they have two sons. She is also a member of the North Platte Noon Rotary Organization, Business & Professional Women of North Platte, Board Member on the North Platte Catholic Schools Board, McDaid Parent-Teacher Organization President, Board Member on the Golden Spike Tower, ex officio member on the Canteen District Board, as well as assisting with Boy Scouts Pack 292 as Pop Kernel.
